I just had to write and report on my experience there Saturday morning. I had contacted them about getting a Brazilian wax treatment. They arranged that Lynn would do the job. I called her on the phone on Friday afternoon for some last minute ""assurance"" as this was to be my first such experience. She was very pleasant on the phone and did much to allay my concerns. When I arrived the next morning, she greeted me and lead me to the ""chamber of horrors,"" at least, that was what was on my mind. The fact that ""NO SCREAM"" cream was even offered further unsettled me, I can assure you. Anyway, Lynn was the consummate professional. Gracious, gentle, reassuring, constantly asking if I was okay throughout the entire procedure. She even bragged on my ability to stifle the screams--no, seriously, it was not nearly as painful as I had been warned--and thus anticipated. Before I knew it, she was finished and I was BARE--wow! What a job she did! I had no trouble deciding for the follow-up/upkeep appointment. I'm almost looking forward to it. She's the very best! You can't go wrong with LYNN or the other SUPER folks at Bombshell Waxing.
