Had a faucet leak. Plumber ONE said I needed a part. Of Course he didn't have the part. Said to contact manufacturer and he will return to install. After one week of not being able to use the sink, part arrived. Called plumber ONE twice but he never responded. Called plumber TWO who came and put in the part and seemed ok. After he left, found wet spot under the sink. He said he would return but would need to charge for the second visit. Decided to try America's Plumbing Co. Best decision I made. James quickly analyzed problem. Fixed it quickly. Tested it afterward. Everything OK. He also checked my house for other problems and found one in the shower which he fixed. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable. APC is at the top of my list for plumbing help.
