I ordered a blind from The Blind Man in Orem just shy of a month ago and have had a terrible experience with it. First, I had a 20% off coupon with no limitations and no expiration, and they told me it only applied to orders of $500 or more. Secondly, the person who came to my home and measured my window told me it would take 4 business days. After this time passed, I called the company who told me it would take 7-10 business days. After that period passed, I was told ""It usually takes 7-10 business days but it can take longer"". Now, it has been 19 business days and nearly a calendar month and they still do not have my blind. I called today to inquire about the status and was told they would call me back. Now, they are closed and it seems they had no intention of actually following up on this for me. I no longer need the blind as I have already sold the home that it was to go into, but they already have my money. They will not concede anything, not even a small discount to make up for the hassle this has been. I would never even consider doing business with them again.
Pros: Absoultely nothing
Cons: Company has my $, I have no product
