I have shopped at Encore for over a year now and was in the shop yesterday. There were two young ladies tending the shop and when I walked in, no acknowledgment, no ""welcome to the store, let me know if I can help you"", nothing. As I gathered a few items for the dressing room, the youngest gal quickly took the items and hung them on a rack while I continued to look around. When I finally decided on my items, I took then to the counter to pay out, and once again, nothing, the older gal, actually seemed irritated. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Encore, recommended some of my closest friends, but my experiences have gotten uncomfortable and I don't deserve to be treated like that. I am a patron, paying for goods, and like to conduct my business in a friendly atmosphere...c'mon Encore, you can do better than that!!!
