I went to this chain (and location in particular) not really expecting much except an average service. However, I was quite impressed upon entering the door... the receptionist was warm and friendly when she greeted me... once my name was called, my stylist gave me a friendly smile as she led me to her station... and get this, she was genuinely interested in talking to me and what I wanted instead of just the usual value salons stylists that want to just sell you a bunch of crap so they can get commission!! The products she recommended have actually worked quite well for me. I will definitely be going back to this location as a regular customer from now on.
Pros: Service, Selection, Price
Cons: Average decor, No appointments
