Review content:
First of all, I have been taking my dogs to petsmart for grooming for the past 6 years. And today's incident will prevent me from ever going there again. I was less than 30 minutes late for my appointment today, had to wait there for more than 15 minutes before someone would even talk to me because the clerk was talking to an old lady and the rest of the staff seemed just standing there or minding their own business. Again, I stood there with my dog for more than 15 minutes for nothing. Then later the old lady wanted to talk to store manager, the staff finally asked me what I was there for. She told me ""You are more than 45 minutes late, if your appointment is 1:30, you can not be more than 30 minutes late."" SO WHERE IS THAT 15 MINUTES I WASTED STANDING THERE AND WAITING FOR YOU TO TALK TO ME?! Plus the old lady's dogs were infected with fleas after grooming at this petsmart. I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. They do poor job anyways, I asked them to shave my dogs' undercoat and that was never ever done. Plus they never cleaned my dogs' ears thoroughly, I always have to clean them again once I got home. They asked you a whole bunch of questions on how you want your dogs groomed, and they never listened. Too much small stuff over the years.
I will never recommend the store to anyone at all. Hopefully my experience is your wake-up call. Take your dog to somewhere it deserves.
