Review content:
I just took Korean Airlines from Japan, the seats are good and the flight attendants were very nice. Sorry to say my good time came to ends when I landed in Los Angeles and got up my bag. I found that after the long flight my checked bag had been crushed. After I waited in line for a long time I met the lady who would help me file my concern I don't know why but she was very rude.(I think somebody else was bothering her) I showed the lady my bag and she said, ""well how do you know that happened on the airline?"" I couldn't believe it. I told her that I could not have checked a bag that was almost cut in half without my clothes falling out. I dont know if I will fly Korean Air again..the flight was nice the workers were not happy.
