We engaged Mr. Leigh's company Hoff & Leigh to manage our property in Colorado Springs.
The contract was for the term of 18 months. We ecided to sell this house at the end of the lease agreement and made a trip to Colorado Springs to prepare our house to be sold.
We were devastated and shocked at the damage done to our home because of this lack of management by acceptable industry standards and practices.
We contacted Tim Leigh to ask for reimbursement of a % of the damages that were done to the home due to their neglect and to, as outlined in their contract with us (they have the authority to do so), pursue appropriate avenues to collect damages and unpaid rent on behalf of us, their client.
Their decision, even though the tenant was in
violation/default of a minimum of 5 covenants of the lease agreement, was to not assist in any way to help us.
