David Clarkson, as an individual is a very nice man, however, he has hired some real pieces of work to oversee his office. Not only was I misquoted about the rate of my insurance policy...AFTER I had signed for automatic withdrawal from my account, but they would not correct the mistake so an extra $100 was being taken out of my account, without my authorization! Then, after paying the first month of my premium, I was sent a bill for a random amount of money, so I called and asked if the money was going to be automatically deducted from my account or was I to pay the bill. After being told to pay the bill, and nothing was going to be taken out of my account, it turns out they were completely wrong. They overdrew my account and all they had to say about it was ""oops"". There are a bunch of morons working in that office. All they want is your money, and after they have it they treat you like nothing.
