Youd better send everything twice if you want it to get through their hands. I sent a VERY important and time dependent overnight letter through them, and they signed for it and everything. The problem is, they claim they dont know who it is that signed for it (or cant read the signature). Then they berated me when I politely suggested it may have been lost by them and told me they were not willing to help me out or even try to look for it. I sincerely suggest you choose to go with another courier service it you have the choice, unfortunately, I had to use them since the company I was sending to uses them and now am out my original overnight mail fee plus I have lost my best business client since this time-sensitive material was not received when it was urgently needed. Thanks Golden!!
Pros: NONE!
Cons: They dont get your mail where it needs to be, and arent helpful when they lose what you sent.
