This has got to be the worst Dr's office I have ever been to. First, the office manager is not a nice person at all, she is very mean and rude. I witnessed her chewing out, yelling and belittling an employee in the front office for everyone in the waiting room to hear. I know they have had a lot of turn over in the front office and it is probably because of her and how she treats the employees. Second, the nurse that took me back was so rude. I don't know her name but she has straight blond hair and a lot of eye make up on and she smelled like smoke. Third, when the Dr. came in and we got to talking about the problems I was having, he interupted me, cut me off and would not let me talk and he basically told me that how I was feeling was NOT how I was feeling and he would not give me any medicine to help me. Finally as I was leaving I saw the Dr pop that rude nurse on the butt as she was walking down the hall and she just giggled. I believe that is sexual harrassment, isn't it? So...........DO NOT GO TO INVERNESS FAMILY MEDICINE if you want to be treated nice and with respect.
