This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever visited. When I first arrived, I heard the front desk staff laughing and gossiping loudly about some patients that they encountered earlier that day. Everyone in the waiting room could hear their conversation, they weren't trying to be descrete. Afterward, I went to the back for the LPN to take my vital signs. She asked me some personal questions about a procedure that I was scheduled to have and I answered them, not thinking twice about it. As soon as she left out of the room, I heard her whispering and laughing to another co-worker about my situation. When I left out of the doctor's offiice to get bloodword done, I noticed that quite a few of the staff members were going out of their way to look at me and they would go back and whisper and laugh. This made me feel so uncomfortable because it was so obvious that they were talking about me and looking at me to figure out ""who this person was that was having this ""humerous"" procedure done."" I felt so uncomfortable that I had to let the doctor know what I had experienced. He guaranteed me that he would get to the bottom of the situation and that the LPN would be ""dealt with"". Please don't go to this doctor's office unless you want to see staff huddled around and gossiping the entire time as if there is no work that needs to be done. The doctor was very friendly and understanding but it's very unfortunate that he chose staff members who are very nasty and uses no discretion while discussing patients. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO INVERNESS FAMILY MEDICINE AGAIN!!!!
