Review content:
They were called in the early morning to come to my home to replace an under-sink valve. They stated that someone would be there from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. After a second call the plumber came at 4:00 p.m. We could not get all the water turned off in the apartment house (due to the late hour) so the plumber came again the next morning.
Before he left on the first day, he said that it would be $350 and they had to charge 50% on my credit card. After it was fixed, they then charged another $350 to my credit card - and the plumber said that if I spoke to the boss about it, he would be fired.
Good work, but they are not clear about fees.
Pros: They do a very good job
Cons: They are very expensive - and not very clear about it
