I went there with my two cats for awhile. In the beginning it was a good place and I really like Dr. Rowell. Then every time I went there was a different doctor. One day I called to say my 12 week old kitten was very sick. They did not have any Vets in the office at the time, only technicians. When my pet is sick, I want a licensed doctor looking at him, not a tech. I was very upset. I ended up calling another Vet that day and they took me in without an appointment. I ended up transferring all my records to my new Vet and this one never cared to call me and check up on my sick kitten. I would never go back to this place
