I was looking for a carpet cleaner in Arlington and found Fairfax Carpet Cleaning online. When I called and spoke to George Jamhour, I was very impressed with his professioanl attitude and prompt response.
I called a few other companies as well and decided to use Fairfax Carpet Cleaning. They cleaned my tenant's carpet and did everything they promised to do.
George's follow-through has been good, too. He is checking in with the tenant about a few spots and is going to call me back with the report.
He also is the kind of person who will help you with other household problems. For example, when I needed a painter, he went out of his way to help me find one.
I am definitely going to call Fairfax Carpet Cleaning again. I had a good feeling about George from the beginning and my hunch was right.
