I couldn't really put this as a con, but struggled with it... Risbara is a bit more costly than others, but the quality is worth it. They will certainly work with the budget you have.
When looking for a GC in the area, as around. Ask about other builders, and then mention that you're considering Risbara. You'll see people's faces light up, and heartily recommend them. Why? Because there's no one around that can compete with them, on a quality/dollar ratio. Can you find cheaper? Sure. But this is a case of you'll get what you pay for.
Roccy is a great guy, as is Tim. Call them. You'll be happy you did.
