I'm one of those ""way to busy"" people, who would not find the time to work out if it wasn't on my calendar. Erik's ""Edge Personal Training"" studio has made my workouts regular, super fun, and I've been so happy with the results. Sometimes you forget to take time out for yourself, but when you're in top shape, it is amazing to see how much more energy you have to do things you've always wanted to do. I snuck in a 17 mile hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon a month ago, something that would not have fit into my life without being fit. ""Thanks Erik for your great attitude and helping me get great results!""
