Review content:
After a few good experiences at Scot Lewis/Empire in Bloomington I took a last minute pedicure appointment at the Eden Prairie location and will not return! The receptionists and pedicurist were nice enough, but the towels and tub area were dirty, and my student pedicurist clearly did not know what she was doing. She had trouble removing my previous polish from my big toes so didn't even try on the smaller ones. She then pushed my cuticles back without softening them first in the tub or with cuticle softener. She also completely forgot to cut my toenails with the clipper which it was evident they needed, and ran the emery board over them but struggled with it because she had already made my toes slippery with lotion.
Pros: Price
Cons: Poor results
