Review content:
I am very disappoiinted and upset with the experience with Independence Honda. They stated facts that were incorrect, and when questioned they promised to make it good. The salesman stated the goodyear tires on the car were brand new tires, that they had put on the car. Though they looked good they were the original tires and all four had sidewall seperation. Would not of passed inspection, though they had passed it. Then when confronted they said they would make it good. They had to order tires. They did, some cheap tires with no tread warranty and not sold anywhere around here. They also sale a warranty on the car, and stated no certified mechanic needed , you dont even need to keep your receipts for oil changes etc. When you get the info in the mail, all work has to be done by a mechanic. Do not recommend to anyone
