My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Mount Hood Trans. They were informative, kind and the communicatoion was great. We got a good feeling from the minute we walked in the door from the young lady at the front to the techs behind the scenes. If you have ever done business with Mount Hood you will know that they do a great job, it may take them a little longer than other ""big"" shops but if you want quality and a great price than you have to give a little. We can personally touch on having an experience with a warrany. We called Mount Hood to have our transmission tested about a week after we picked it up it just seemed like mabye it was acting funny. They got us right in and ended up adjusting the bands. It took less than an hour and we were on our way. Come to find out sometimes you have to have your bands adjusted after a rebuild of some makes of transmissions. This was totally normal and again we had a pleasant experience. We will continue to use them for our automotive needs!
