As a former 4 star restaurant manager, I believe I'm a good judge of service, food quality and value. I travel often and don't expect 4 star service or food quality for that matter at a restaurant such as this. However, I do expect to be greeted by my server before 20 minutes goes by. Then when the food is served it's practicly dropped on the table, cheese and red sauce is dripping off the edge of the plate and it looks like a 4yr old plated it. The marinated pork under all the cheese was quite good but that's about the best I can say for this restaurant. The sopapillas were not even that good! If you want great Southwest Mexican food try ""Cafe Au Lait"" in old town instead. It's better food, service & value by far.
