I've never had any bad experiences so I don't know how the situation would go down in that event, but it does seem that most people never take the effort to discuss their experiences unless they have something to complain about.
I enjoy having a nice comfortable place to be while they work on my car. Their little lounge area and gift shop make the experience much more enjoyable for me because I don't really like feeling like I'm being waited on, and I hate the ""waiting room"" feel you get at some places.
Those of you discussing them not being a member of the Modesto Chamber of Commerce... What is the point in that? The Modesto Chamber of Commerce is a joke. They really do nothing to aid businesses beyond collecting fees and filing away complaints from people who tend to complain about everything.
I've had many great experiences with this car wash and kept going back NOT because of the value, NOT because of the people, but because my car looked AMAZING after leaving there, every time.
I'm sure that some of these complaints have merit, but you have to take into account that there are only 14 online complaints and they have people coming in and out of their business constantly. The only feedback that really concerns me from reading these reviews is that the ""owners son"" is mentioned in most of them and from these reviews has a reputation of being quite the jerk. This isn't happening in my experiences, but I've never had to deal with him. However, that does concern me a bit. From what others are saying he doesn't sound like someone I'd like to deal with in the future. 5 minute car wash has a much better reputation but is waaay too far out of the way for me. Vintage is only 2 blocks from the freeway and like I've said, nothing but positives in the 25+ times I've been there so far.
Pros: My car always came out clean.
Cons: I haven't had any cons. Maybe they are expensive to some?
