I currently live in one of the co-ops 12 buildings and have lived in two other of the buildings over the past 7 years. I started in a Studio and then moved to a 1BR and then purchased a 2BR last year. The buildings are great, and well kept. There's no doorman but that's not really an issue. The manager and the maintenance staff do a really good job and have been more than helpful to me over the years. Yes, you might see a bug or two, here and there, its New York City... every building has them, but by no means would I go as far to say its infested. If I see a bug a month its on the extreme side. Overall I give this co-op 4 stars, if it had more amenities I'd give it 5.
Pros: lots of recent improvements. grounds look great
Cons: no doorman, no balconys, no gym
