Review content:
This company came highly recommended from a nursery in my area. Initially, they seemed to do a great job. They even did some tree trimming an built a brick patio for me at very reasonable rates. However, I had multiple leaking sprinkler heads with puddles of water round them more than once. I would get the run around each time I would contact the owner to come look at the problem. He would have to come multiple times and usually I would have to be here pointing out the issues before it was resolved. Most recently, I had a sprinkler head leaking and contacted the owner over the course of a couple of months. He finally came out but didn't see the problem (a huge puddle of mud!). I continued trying to get him to come out and was spoken to very rudely and told how much money he lost on my system and how interesting out of all the systems he'd installed in 2007 I was the only one with problems. He finally admitted he had to fire most of his team and was having some personal issues but he never came to fix the system. I am fed up with him and even though I supposedly have a three year contract, I'll be paying someone to come fix the problem properly. I would never recommend or use this company again.
Pros: Seemed nice enough but saw a differnt side once I had problems
Cons: Treated me poorly and I still don't have a properly working sprinkler system
