This is BY FAR the WORST place to order flowers from, and does not even deserve the one star I gave it!I received my order a day late, even though my boyfriend paid extra to have it delivered! The order was suppose to contain 16 roses and include a box of chocolate. There were 12 roses, and the chocolate was not what was ordered! When we called and spoke to one of the OWNER, Len, he was unbelievably rude!!!!! My boyfriend paid over $170.00 for 12 roses that were not on time and had the wrong candy. The owner informed us that we got what we deserved, because he ordered through 1800 flowers and not through a local flower shop! To top it off he informed us we were ignorant for not ordering with a local flower shop directly. He handled the situation by far the worst he could have, by calling us names and screaming at us. He also informed us that no matter what 1800 flowers charges us, he sends out what ""he gets paid for"". (his excuse for not putting the 6 other roses in). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES, THEY ARE A JOKE OF A COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!
