I had a very similiar experience as the before mentioned. My husband and I had scheduled and paid 425.00 in advance as "" The Balloon Man"" had requested, to got up on our anniversary. The anniversary came and went 8 and a half months ago and still we have not been able to go up. The balloon man states, The wether has been bad for two years, and tries to blame it on us for not keeping him informed of our schedules. We have given him our schedules and when the time comes near we can't reach him or the wether is bad. When we requested a refund, he basically said to get in line behind everyone else. He refuses to refund the 100.00 for supplies and things that made no since. We never got anything. He is ripping people off left and right I am sure. My advice... do not give this man your money.
