I want to tell my story for all to know. I have been very displeased with the level of service and follow-through from ""The Balloon Man"" and want others to hear my story before giving any money. My biggest complaint has been the communication. I was scheduled to go months ago and still have not gone. I get little if any communication from ""The Balloon Man"". His policies and procedures were never explained in any detail or communicated when the time was appropriate. Here is where a lot of ?mis-communication? lies.
