I brought in a men's suit that I wanted tailored for a woman, and a pair of jeans that needed to be taken in on the sides and leg opening. The suit had to be taken back several times because they didn't take it in enough, even though we marked it! I was charged every time!
Cons: no parking, refuse to apologize for mistakes, long turnaround time, incorrect tailoring
