Review content:
Philippinos run it, and they speak their language around patients who already feel lost there. They park people who can't walk in corners and leave them there alone. Facility not wheelchairs friendly. Try to open a slidedoor to go outside...Goodluck! People who need to go to the bathroom are told to release themselves in their clothes, and then they'll be clean (they are too busy, and don't realize how deminishing that is for people who still have a brain). Time response for a patient bed-call...10 mins if you are lucky. Patients who have requests... get sedated, so that they don't disturb the caretakers. Compassion is unknown by the people who run it. The food is worse than TV dinners and is microwaved in smelly plastic wrap. Incontinent people have to wear pre-war cloth diaper, with missing buttons, and too large to do the job. Everything is outdated and of low quality, and the director lady has the guts to park her maserati right at the entrance. SHAME ON YOU! It's obvious where the money go! Not towards the care of the elderly!!! I hope the people who run this place will end up spending their last days in a place as bad as this one...after all...it's a matter of karma!
Cons: understaffed, unfriendly, uncompassionate, treats elderly as plants
