A tattoo is a permanent addition to your body. Tattoo removal is said to be painful, and its cost is more than ten times that of a tattoo. For those, and for many other reasons, you want to be careful when you choose your tattoo artist.
Pros: Artist with a Bachelors of Fine Arts who is well versed in cleanliness and cross contamination. Free parking.
