Parked here on Sunday. They are supposed to have 3 free hours of parking with retailer validation. I watched a guy not be able to leave because his validation didn't work. He tried contacting the company from the keypad as instructed and no one answered the phone. He had to pay to get his car out, and now he is left with the burden of having to get his money back. Not so bad until he told me it is the 2nd time this month this has happened, and the retailer indicated that many others have had the same problem. You have to asky why standard parking has not fixed the problem? Sounds very unfriendly to local business, especially during tight economic times where it doesn't take much for people to take their business elsewhere or nowhere....
