Waited about an hour for a table with my brother his wife and 3 children despite being told several times 'just a few minutes more'. Then it took another 30 minutes for the waitress to take the order despite all of us pretty much knowing what we wanted since we had already had an hour to study the menu. Waited another 30+ minutes for the food. My brother and his wife got fed up and left with their 2 children to have room service in the hotel. My son and I finally got our food, which was good, but not worth all the exestential pain we had to go through to get it. The manager kept coming by with the excuse that it was their 'soft opening' and "" I am in the restaurant business and would never go to a restaurant the first month it's open"". So I guess it was my fault for not knowing that. Wasn't sure why I had to pay full price for what was apparently a dress rehearsal. We had to beg for some bread while we waited for food, we were all starving. There was no apology and apart from the manager periodically coming by to give us some excuse, the wait staff almost ignored us completely.
