Review content:
Auto Pro has gone above and beyond for me. I have always felt like an individual with them. They really truly care about me, and the fact that I have a job. I have several part time jobs, and I never know my schedule, or when I am going to have to go in, so not having a car is not an option. Even when it looks like they are busy, they are quick to tell me to come on in, and they will try to fit the car in. They get it in right away and call me as soon as they know anything.
When Auto Pro give me an estimate, they always keep in mind my financial situation. Many times there are parts that are more costly, and Auto Pro will tell me that I can hold off or that I have a little time before I really need the part. They are honest, and I know they are not trying to gouge me. They give me options but let me know when something is absolutely necessary.
Everything is fixed in a timely manner. They often even drop extra charges for me, because they know my situation. They are definitely willing to work with me, and I am thankful for that. Auto Pro does quality work; I have never had any issues. They always act on my behalf, and in my best interest.
