Reserved stretch limo for Taylor Swift Concert....12 girls, 7 under the age of 10. Limo was very clean and nice....but driver Leon barely spoke english and could not be found after concert! Our party spent 45 minutes walking the streets of downtown detroit trying to find driver....who didn't know where he was....we passed over one hundred other limos attempting to find ours...on other side of freeway on the furthest reach of lighted streets...and paid for the extra hour we spend finding him! Had youngest girls in tears as it was after midnight before we found the limo. Call to manager recieved no call back for explaination. In addition to hourly rate was charged ""fuel toll"" and ""special fee"" that was never disclosed or explained. Very poor service, would not recommend or ever use again.
