Review content:
72 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning are honest and do good work. We have two units that heat and cool the house here. This summer our big unit pooped out. We called 72 Degrees and the tech that came out was very thorough. He approached the problem several ways, and eventually found that the line that feeds the coolant was leaking. He cleaned the line and soldered it properly to fix the leak. I know he did it correctly, because I watched him work. He was very polite and did a very good job.
Shortly after he left, and by pure circumstance, our smaller unit went haywire. It was too late that day to call, but we phoned them the next day to report the issues. They came over again promptly, and found that the unit just needed some freon. There was no way the first tech could have known, since at that time the small unit was working properly, but 72 Degrees insisted on not charging us for the freon, or the trip.
Both techs were very polite and friendly. I told them I would highly recommend them, and I have several times to my neighbors and friends. We are very happy, very cool inside the house.
