Review content:
We are called on a timely basis to schedule semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC units. The tech was pleasant and friendly even having some treats in his pocket for our dog. After he finished his maintenance and inspection of our units, he explained some of the concerns he saw letting us know that our older unit is showing signs of needing replacement but reassured us that it was not immediate. We have been pleased with 72 Degrees in the time that we have had them as our maintenance provider.
