Review content:
Gianni talks big game about giving his clients exactly what they want but fails to deliver. Even worse- he turned my blonde hair ORANGE! I went to him with a full head of highlights asking if he could blend them and make them a little darker. Instead of adding low lights Gianni convinced me to DYE my hair with a special ""cocktail"" dye he mixed himself.
I was extremely hesitant- but Gianni told me to trust him promising if I wasn't happy I could come back and he would adjust it. I let him do his work and when he was finished my hair was a brassy golden blonde that looked pure orange with a pinkish hue in the sunlight.
I went back to Gianni's after receiving lots of comments like, ""oh.. you changed your hair?"" and even, ""why is your hair orange?"" I asked Gianni to correct what he had done and he refused. I asked him for a refund and he profusely refused.
Our dispute over my orange hair turned into a shouting match with me hysterical in tears begging him to strip out what he had done. He argued telling me he did good work. I ended up leaving and having to pay over $300 to have another salon correct what he had done.
I would not go here ever again. I should have known better going into the salon. Every stylist I saw had terrible hair and was working on an old lady doing her weekly updo. The only reason I went was because I have a girlfriend who recommended him as a family friend.
Stay Away! Consider this your warning.
