Review content:
My experiance has been pretty good. No problems at all. Yes, you do have a higher interest rate which is to be expected with a secondary financing company. It's somewhat of an inconvience not to be able to make a payment online, or with an automated telephone service. Overall pretty good though. I haven't had any experiences with rude employees. I've spoken with a few differant people there. I'm chronically late with payments to them. As soon as you're a day late and more, they call you 1 - 2 times a day. That's their job, to get their money. When I do speak to them to make a payment, I'm just honest with them. Nobody wants to hear excuses. They'll work with you as long as you're up front , and follow through with what you tell them you're going to do. They talk to you like a real person, and understand that people have difficult times. That's why most of us are with a secondary company anyway, right! I'm not saying the other consumers that are telling their experiences are wrong. I might just be lucky, and haven't run into the rude employees they are talking about. :)
