Review content:
I had people from all over the country fly in to Denver to meet me for a ski trip. On our way to Breckenridge, my car starts making very strange grinding and locking noises that sound like severe brake issues. It pained me, but it sounded like too much to risk going over the mountains, so I turned around, came home and started making calls. No one could get me in but everyone told me not to drive the car in the mountains. Finally, Jason (at Bob's Volvo) listened to my situation, told me to come right in and that he will get me some answers. He quickly inspected the car himself and put me at peace of mind. The sound was bad but the repair was minor. I was able to continue my family ski trip w/o missing a beat. A fairly urgent matter was quickly rectified by Bob's. Customer first all the way there! You can sense their integrity right away. I wish they had something comparable in the Parker area but I will make the hike to Colfax every time I have a Volvo issue.
