I printed out a $50 coupon for botox treatments from Brilliant Distinction but left it at home. We weren't able to access it from the Dr.'s office so I offered to pay full price and bring the coupon the next day. Instead, they charged me the reduced rate, trusting I would bring in the coupon. Later that afternoon the office staff called BOTH my phone numbers to let me know he was able to access the coupon and I wouldn't need to make a trip. AWESOME customer service and my eyes look great!
