I had lasik there whcih was fine...so I decided to try the dermatologists on staff. It was cosmetic work so It's 100% out of pocket. I saw the doctor for less then 10 minutes and had a $400 bill? When I tried to discuss this with the doctor, they refused unless I wanted to be billed again. I had an issue with $150 charge that I did not ask for or receive. Everytime I talked to someone they kept calling me poor and broke saying ""you can't pay this?"" I CAN, but I WON'T. It's not right to surprise someone with a huge bill without proper notice. The medical industry is the only industry that does this and it's not right. Then to call me over a dozen times to collect. I'll never be back there again...ever. To think... Lasik is about $4000 and you're gonna lose my business over $150? I thought doctor's are suppose to be smart? Pros: No pros Cons: Poor Service, Overpriced
