Review content:
Since moving back to the DC area, I have been on the search for a great hairdresser. I decided to give EA a try and was shocked at how unprofessional the staff was. The colorist actually insulted my hair and made faces. She did however talk me into a haircut when all I really wanted was color and guilted me into cutting my ""awful ends"". Then that person was even worse, she made it clear she wasn't in the mood to cut hair and would have no problem walking away from the cut. I was in gobsmacked at how horrible the treatment was. They didn't do a bad job via the cut and color, but the treatment left much to be desired. The spa is much better, but I'd avoid the salon. Not to mention, it's very expensive.
