Same thing every time .. called them on two occasion when I needed a cab to logan airport .. they would tell me that the cab will be there in 15 minutes .. I would wait there until half hour past .. no taxi and no phone calls from them ever .. called them back and they would say sorry and will send a taxi over in one minute .. by the time I arrived at the airport late, I still haven't received the call from the second taxi they said they were going to send over .. why not just use another company from the start? It's going to be my last attempt from now on ...
