Review content:
The body work that I had done was perfect. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised that they had washed it! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Staff took the time to patiently explain the repair process thoroughly to me, especially the insurance part of it. The only complaint I have, and it is minor, is that when I made my appointment to bring the car in, I was told that someone from the rental car company would be waiting. When I came in for my appointment I was told that they would call Enterprise and someone would be there shortly and they actually WERE there in about 10 minutes which was great. But I was stressing out a little bit because I was worried about getting to work on time. Otherwise I was very happy with my experience at Colorado Auto Body.
