Review content:
The Rio was packed on a Thursday evening as I recall it was for a lunch crowd 10 years ago. With wood floors and large rooms and a boisterous crowd it's noisy. But the margaritas and salsa are really good. One margarita probably equalled two or three at another place!
The food was good but nothing too out of the ordinary. The torilla soup was very spicy. But food and drinks aside, the service was really awful. Our server served the wrong meal to my friend and instead of apologizing simply said ""I think this is better."". That's really not what you want to hear!
Would I go back? Yea, but at least I'd know what to expect.
