I am handicapped, and have attended two concerts here, but I doubt if I will ever attend another one! The first one was general admission, and I was able to park close to the handicapped entrance. I arrived two hours early to sit in line, and get a good seat. But, when the gates opened, the two attendants wasted twenty minutes trying to get the ticket scanners to work, and I lost my chance to get a spot down in front. The second concert was reserved seating, and the information said, ""SAND CHAIRS ONLY"" indicating that we were to bring our own chairs. I knew I wouldn't be able to use my walker, so I used my cane instead, which doesn't work nearly as well. Once again, they had trouble getting the ticket scanners to work, and they already had chairs put up, so I carried mine in there for nothing! Many people brought their own chairs due to the way it was written, and wound up having to take them back to their cars. I was unable to do this because I had to park in the lot that was the farthest away from the venue, and by the time they got the scanners to work, it was just fifteen minutes until the concert started! The only GOOD thing I can say is that they transported me in a golf cart to, and from the lot. The handicapped seating area is located so far back from the stage that it is almost totally out of the ampitheater!
