Review content:
The staff lied about the rental amount: we were charged more as soon as we were interested in the rental. They changed the terms of the contract without our consent after we had already moved in. They do not make repairs in a timely matter, and repairs are so poor, they need to keep coming back to fix them. Tenants that pay rent on time and abide by their contract are spoken to over the phone disrespectfully, have their rents raised every year, and are harassed by threatening letters of eviction for things tenant is not even in violation of contract for.
