Dr. Bob absolutely hit the nail on the head with this one!! Took the words right out of my mouth. Emily was short, rude, and unreliable. When after 5 weeks of filing our joint petition for divorce and hearing nothing back, we called to checkup. It was then we learned that the papers were never filed!! Good thing we checked up eh? Oh I forgot to mention it took a few phone calls to get her on the phone. (never called back). When asked why it was never filed, her answer was, "" I dont really know."" We had to then go BACK and sign all the papers for a second time. If I were to refer her service to anyone, it WOULD be my closest enemy.
Pros: Zero
Cons: Zero customer service.
