Review content:
After ordering furniture here and giving a hefty deposit, we are 7 months and counting for delivery. Customer service has been nil- we call and all we get is, "" we don't know when you'll get it."" They take your money and leave you hanging. They gave us the excuse that the factory actually closed down for a few months, but only after repeated calls on our part- they have never been proactive in communicating about our order. Had we been informed of the delay, we would have canceled and gone elsewhere. Now it's Christmas and we still have no living room furniture.
Pros: Great designs
Cons: You'll never receive them.
