I made an appointment but they never showed. An hour and a half later I called and was told that they had left me messages. I was sitting between both my home phone (which is the number that I gave them) and my cell phone - no messages, no missed calls on either. What liars!! Then they claimed maybe they contacted my boyfriend - he was sitting next to me with his phone. Not cool. Don't make appointments you don't intend to keep. And, own up to mistakes! If you forgot an appointment, fess up! Don't try to get out of it.
